The hotel was nice but we had a staff member come into our room at 3:30 in the morning! He opened up the door as he was knocking, and when he realized we were in there he said security check and walked away. Then the maid came in without knocking as well! We asked for extra pillows, because there was only three on the bed, and they said they didn't have any extra pillows in the entire hotel and they made us come down to get more towels. ...read more
